Can I Train With a Friend?

Yes! In fact I strongly encourage it. The chances of you being successful greatly increases once you add more motivational and supportive people to your team. Between myself, your training partner and the rest of the clients supporting you, you’ll be hitting your goals in no time!

Are there any membership fees?

No, and there NEVER will be. Yes, I said NEVER!

Do I have to pay up front or can I make payments?

The choice is yours! I do require that you begin with an initial investment of at least 10 %. However if you prefer to make a lump sum, monthly, bi weekly, or semi annually payments that is completely up to you!

Can I only train 1 Day a week?

While physically yes you can, here’s why you would not want to; Lets say for example your goal is to lose 20 lbs of body fat. 1 lb of body fat equates to 3,500 calories. If you wanted to lose 20 lbs you would need to burn a total of 70,000 Calories! In order to permanently lose body fat at a safe and effective rate we want to aim to lose between 1-2 lbs of body fat per week. To lose 1 lb, take 3,500 calories divided by 7 days in one week. We are looking at burning 500 Calories per day. This can either be done by creating a caloric deficit via exercise, lowering your calorie intake via nutrition, or both. If you are excersicing 3 days per week and focusing on nutrition 4x per week, not only will you be losing 1 lb of fat per week, you’ll be increasing strength, endurance, flexibility and you’ll be that much closer to the body of your dreams! 1 day per week simply won’t be enough to create a change in the body and you will mainly be focusing on staying the exact same 🙁 .

Do you provide Nutrition plans?

In order to be able to provide you with the best service possible, we need to discuss and create a nutrition plan for you. However, in order to stay within my scope of practice I am unable to provide you with a full meal by meal nutrition plan. If you are interested in this, I have partnered with some of the best Nutrition Guidance consultants in the business. In the meantime, we will be sitting down and discussing what foods are best for you to eat and how much you should be eating to hit your goals!

I can’t make it to the studio 3x per week, do you have other options?

While the best option of you is to be training with a trainer a minimum of 3 days per week there are other options if you aren’t able to access the studio. Please click here to contact me and ask me about my Evolution at a Distance Program.

Do I have to sign a contract?

I do require that each client does sign a waiver and I require that each client commits to a minimum of 3 months with each training program. This is to ensure you are successful at conquering your goals and not wasting your hard earned money!

What If I have to cancel a session, will I be charged?

No, as long as you provide at least 24 hours notice your session will be unscheduled and moved to another day!
